If you have public health insurance, you get a Mitgliedsbescheinigung nach 175 SGB V. If you have private health insurance, you get a Mitgliedsbescheinigung or a Nachweis der Krankenversicherung.
If you don’t have health insurance, get a vorläufige Mitgliedsbescheinigung from any public health insurer, or ask my health insurance broker to help you.
